Navigate Your Way to a Successful Career in STEM

COMPASS offers a mentorship program for incoming first-year students. This mentorship program pairs a STEM junior or senior student (mentors) with first-year COMPASS students (mentees). The mentors provide assistance and support for the transition to college, academic support for the STEM major, opportunities for networking with role models (from academia and industry) and social events to increase the bonds between the COMPASS students, older peers, faculty and UCF staff involved with the COMPASS program.

Applications for mentors will open in January . To be considered as a mentor for the 2021-2022 academic year we must receive your application by January 31, 2021. Applications can be emailed to or submitted in person at the Mathematical Sciences Building, room 230.
