Profile

My name is Ogarth Hutton and I am a Biotechnology major and a Health Science minor. This will be my third year at UCF. In 2016, I graduated from Chain of Lakes Collegiate High School with my AA degree in Winter Haven, Florida. One of my favorite classes at UCF was Chemistry 2 with Lab. It was enjoyable working in the lab and class with some of my friends. One of my favorite professors is Dr. Hashim. I had her for Chemistry 2 and Biochemistry. I wish she taught all science courses, she was good at explaining what needed to be known and helping keep hard classes simple. I love COMPASS because of the connection it brings with all my peers. I was able to meet a lot of new people and get to work together in class. I also really enjoy being able to go to the tutors when I’m having a hard time with classes, or even if you need someone to talk to. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my dog Knightro and friends, running, going to the gym, and hunting.
