COMPASS Mentors

COMPASS offers a mentorship program for incoming first-year students. This mentorship program pairs a STEM junior or senior student (mentors) with first-year COMPASS students (mentees). The mentors provide assistance and support for the transition to college, academic support for the STEM major, opportunities for networking with role models (from academia and industry) and social events to increase the bonds between the COMPASS students, older peers, faculty and UCF staff involved with the COMPASS program.
