Biography
Karina is currently in her second year of the master’s program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at UCF. She is passionate about creating safe, positive, and growth-oriented work environments. Her journey has led her to become deeply involved in the space industry, where she supports the career development of STEM students and professionals. While at Space Resource Technologies and UCF’s Exolith Lab, Karina applies her I-O psychology background to help foster effective teams and meaningful career pathways, while leveraging the resources available at UCF.
Karina is excited to be working with COMPASS, where she aims to inspire and support students by showcasing the vast array of opportunities within STEM. Karina believes that with the right guidance and support, every student can reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the future of science and technology.
